Craig Williams is a graduate of Illinois State University with degrees in Economics and Finance.  He brings over 20 years of high-level administrative experience including serving as a senior analyst for the Illinois Governor’s Office of Management & Budget and as the Chief Financial Officer for the State of Illinois Mental Health System.   As part of the State of Illinois’ contract with CW Financial & Management Group, Craig served as executive leadership for the State’s COVID-19 alternate care site located just outside the City of Chicago’s southern border.
